Thank you for your interest in the Mission Bay Real Estate Association. We meet every Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the CARAVAN INFORMATION
A. MBREA uses the TEMPO MLS computer system provided by SANDICOR to create our bulletin. B. As a MBREA member, you may enter your listings on the caravan free of charge. C. Non-members may pay $20 in cash or check to either pitch or put a property on tour. D. Guests may attend for $5.00 but may not pitch. E. Add your listing to the caravan via the TEMPO MLS function prior to the weekly deadline of 11 a.m. Monday (except when Monday is a holiday, the deadline is the previous Friday at 11 a.m.). 1. Select "Add/Edit" 2. Input "Listing Number" 3. Click on "Open House" 4. Click on "Add New". Complete the information 5. The caravan time is 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 6. The date is Tuesday’s date. * 7. Be sure to enter tour 12. * 8. Click on "Submit". If you have any questions call Patti at 858-274-7733. I cannot add your listing to the caravan via Tempo. You must do this under your own MLS number. F. You must pitch your listing at the meeting during CARAVAN PITCHES. NON-PITCHED LISTINGS WILL BE CANCELLED. You should have flyers available at the property, as there is not sufficient space at the Yacht Club to display everyone’s flyers. G. Members generally carpool and view the properties at their own pace. H. Make your entries early. If you miss the deadline you may add your entry at the time of the marketing meeting. Add-on slips are available at the front table. To join MBREA: Dues are $80.00 semi-annually. (See prorated dues schedule for NEW members on Membership Application.)
